Artist Statement
I discovered this treehouse by chance near my favorite local place to go walking in nature, Mer Bleu Bog, Ontario. It was an incredibly beatiful day with the sun's light flowing over this tree and house in the fall. I could not resist painting it.
Recognition
It won an Honourable Mention in the Pastel Guild of Europe August 2023 free choice competition.
